'iZombie' Season 2 Episode 9 Spoilers: Liv Has To Make a Shocking Decision to Find the Zombie Cure
It seems like Blain (David Anders) finally figured out how to make a zombie cure again, and it all depends on one man. Apparently, Liv (Rose McIver) has to make a shocking decision to turn that man into a zombie, in order to get a hands on that cure.
According to Design & Trend, Blaine and his crew at the Shady Plots Funerary will bring in a man, who's laid on a gurney, to the morgue where Liv and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) work, and told her to scratch the man. Scratches from a zombie will turn one into a zombie, and it seems that once the man turns into one, Liv will get the cure that she's been hoping for, according to Blaine.
Liv has trust issues with Blaine, since the latter is the one who turned her into a zombie, and even killed her boyfriend, Lowell (Bradley James, in the previous season). Fans are curious to know how the man became the answer to the zombie cure, and to find out if Liv will trust the former Meet Cute owner.

Meanwhile, according to the International Business Times, Liv will become a crime-fighting caped superhero in the next episode, after she ate a man's brain, who lived a double life as a high school teacher and a vigilante. The sneak peek showed Liv fighting some criminals and beating them to pulp.
The full episode summary of "iZombie" season 2 episode 9, which is titled "Cape Town," reads, "Liv, Detective Babineaux and Ravi work together in solving the murder of Chris Allred (guest star Jay Hindle), who was a high school shop teacher by day, and a vigilante crime-fighter named 'The Fog' by night. Liv gets into trouble while on superhero brains and becomes a little too much for Clive to handle. Meanwhile, Major has an eye opening conversation with a new friend. Lastly, Blaine forces Liv to do the unthinkable."
The midseason finale of "iZombie" will air tomorrow, Dec. 8, on The CW Network.
