Jenelle Evans Divorces Courtland Rogers, Hopes to Marry Nathan Griffith

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is a single woman after a judge ruled that her divorce from Courtland Rogers was final earlier this week. Evans and Rogers were married for less than a year before calling it quits, and Evans is eager to move on and marry the father of her second child, Nathan Griffith.

"Jenelle is so happy that this is finally over and she never has to talk to Courtland again," a source close to Evans told Radar Online. "Jenelle hated being married to Courtland for the last year but the law there said they had to wait a year, so she did. She filed, and now she's divorced."

Rogers did not show up for the hearing, and the judge went ahead and ruled without him. There is currently an arrest warrant out for Rogers, which could be why he did not show up at the courthouse. He failed to appear on unrelated charges, and given his record, an arrest warrant was immediately released. Rogers just finished serving over one year in prison for drug charges.

"There is a $70,000 bond and an order for his arrest," the source explained.

Evans had another court appearance the same day on charges related to a moving violation. The ticket was reduced, Evans paid $238 and left the courthouse a free woman. Now she can focus on the impending birth of her second child, a baby boy she plans to name Kaiser. Evans is due any day now, and baby Kaiser will join big brother Jace in the family.

"We were basically searching for baby names on the Internet, and we came up with a bunch of different unique ones," Evans told Us Weekly. "We didn't want something that everyone else had or had even heard before, even us. So we wanted something different, and we ended up looking up Kaiser."

Evans is hoping to be engaged by the time Kaiser makes his appearance, and wedding bells won't be far behind.
