The "Kate Plus 8" star has been dating 51-year old businessman Jeff Prescott for several months now, according to E! News.

In 2007, the Brentwood, Tennessee-based company's value was heading towards $15 million, and Prescott told the Nashville Business Journal that year that Dreamstime was worth $25 to $30 million. Aside from his business, Prescott is also involved with a list of causes: he is the president of the Deaf Children's Foundation, Octagon Sports Nutrition, and Nature's Youth Fit Kids Foundation, as well as director of Nature's Youth.

Gosselin's low-key relationship with Prescott reportedly began in October, and she was spotted on dates with him in New York City between taking care of her eight children and shooting the upcoming season of 'Celebrity Apprentice'. The website reports that the couple managed to keep a low profile and evade the paparazzi by refraining from venturing out in public side by side.

In 2011, Gosselin acknowledged that she might have a hard time dating again following her divorce from Jon Gosselin, and she told E! News that she was trying to be "a little more open-minded."

Referring to herself and to her eight children, she said, "If there's anyone out there who wants to deal with us, that would be good."

"I don't think that I look for a future person as far as, 'Come in, help me raise my eight kids!' If someone is willing to do that, that could be the right person, but it's certainly not something I expect," Gosselin added.

Gosselin also told the website that her future partner would have to be made of stronger stuff to survive all the chaos that accompanies having eight children and being in the public eye 24/7.

"He needs to be made of titanium," said Gosselin. "Steel doesn't cut it anymore."
