Kate Middleton in Heels at Queen's Coronation Anniversary Ahead of Due Date (VIDEO)

Kate Middleton stepped out to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Queen's Coronation amid reports that she has begun scaling back her public appearances in preparation for the birth of her first child.

Dressed in elegant attire including her trademark nude heels, Middleton made her way to Westminster Abbey alongside her husband Prince William, 30. The Duchess' $1400 Jane Taylor hat and baby bump wowed onlookers, according to Daily Mail U.K.

"I just love how Kate recycles. The pretty Jane Taylor hat was worn at last year's Diamond Jubilee celebrations," Miranda wrote on social networking site Twitter.

"Yes the hat is expensive but at least she recycles! That baby bump is too cute. Gotta love our fashionable Duchess," Lindy tweeted.

"8 months and still wearing heels? Kate Middleton wears pregnancy with style, love that! The hat is amazing," Sheila tweeted.

The Duchess, who is just weeks away from her July due date, is rumored to have confirmed her final pre-baby birth royal engagement for June 13, giving her one month to relax as her due date nears. Middleton is expected to move in to her parents' Berkshire estate shortly before she gives birth.

"Kate's family want the baby to be born at the Royal Berkshire Hospital," a family friend told The Daily Telegraph.

"Their thinking is that she will be based at her parents' house during the later stages of her pregnancy and they do not want her to have to travel miles to Paddington when she goes into labour," the source added.

In a move that would break royal tradition, Middleton will live with her parents, Carole and Michael, at the Middleton family's Georgian manor instead of hiring a maternity nurse and starting her new life in a royal residence.

"Kate says she 'just feels safest and most secure' with her family and believes that no one could be better placed to teach her about bringing up a baby than her mother, who has three children of her own," Daily Mail royal correspondent Rebecca English previously reported, quoting an unnamed source.
