Kim Fields Leaving 'Real Housewives of Atlanta'?

One season on the reality television show "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and Kim Fields is calling it quits. And she has no plans of going back either. "I'm done," she says. This she reveals on the "Rickey Smiley Morning Show" on Monday, March 21. It has been reported that her feud with co-reality-star Kenya Moore is what is driving her away from the show. However, some co-reality-stars express during the first part of the reunion for the "Real Housewives of Atlanta season eight" that Fields is not a good fit for the show and the other ladies.

According to Moore, "She's living back in the Living Single days, the Facts of Life days, which was in the '80s, and I just really feel like she's walking around as though she's in her heyday, and she's not and really resents that I'm thriving on this show."

And the 45-year-old star goes on to say, "It's quite obvious with all of the girls, she's not a good fit for the show. It's not up to me---but if it were, X, X, X!"

NeNe Leakes also gives her opinion on Fields' presence on the show, saying she did not believe the latter is a good fit for RHOA or for the cast. "It's not a good thing if you don't fit with the cast," Leakes explains.

She also clarifies that she does not want Fields to be fired, "If they want her on, she can stay on until she's blue in the face---I couldn't care less. I don't think she's changing [the chemistry] in a negative way, I just don't think she's like the most exciting character ever."

Meantime, Fields shares on the radio show, where she was promoting her stint with season 22 of "Dancing with the Stars," that she does not regret her time on the show. The "Facts of Life" star feels grateful for the times she had in the show describing it as a "great experience." On her blog, she sends a message of thanks to her "glam squad," Victoria, Erica, Jaz, and Kevin, and recognizes the support she has received from her family and fans on social media.

On another note, RHOA aside, Fields opened the premiere of "Dancing with the Stars" season 22 with a cha-cha number appearing with her dance partner Sasha Farber. The couple received a 20 out of 30 score for the number.

A Fields says, perhaps it is "all for the best."
