'Legends of Tomorrow' Season 1 Spoilers: Hawkman and Hawkgirl's Official Logo Released
Another group of superheroes is set to grace on TV, and fans are excited to see all these DC characters star in The CW's "Legends of Tomorrow." Two of the heroes that will be part of the show are Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee), and the network recently released the official logo of these two winged superheroes.
According to Comic Book Resources, the logo was released on the official Instagram account of the "Legends of Tomorrow," and it will also be seen along with the other character's logos in the title sequence.
Besides Hawkman and Hawkgirl, who both first appeared in "The Flash" and "Arrow" crossover, the other DC superheroes that will be part of the show are White Canary/Sarah Lance (Caity Lotz), Captain Cold/Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller), the Atom/Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), Professor Martin Stein/Firestorm (Victor Garber), Heat Wave/Mick Rory (Dominic Purcell), and Jax/Firestorm (Franz Drameh). All of them were recruited by the Rip Hunter (Arthur Davill).

According to Collider, Vandal Savage (Casper Crump), who was seen coming after the Hawks in the last "The Flash" and "Arrow" crossover, will be the show's main villain. No details were released yet on whether the 4,000-year-old immortal will still be hunting down Hawkman and Hawkgirl or will he have a new mission in his villainous life.
Meanwhile, the website also reported that Joe Dante, the director of "Gremlins" and "Gremlins 2," will be directing an episode for the new series. The filmmaker is said to be directing the "Legends of Tomorrow's" eighth episode, which was written by Sarah Nicole Jones and Cortney Norris. The big reveal was announced on Twitter by Marc Guggenheim, "Arrow's" creator, after he posted the script's image online yesterday, Dec. 10.
"Legends of Tomorrow" will air on the CW Network this coming Jan. 21, Thursday.
