'Limitless' Season 1 Episode 10 Spoilers: Brian On The Hunt For Someone Who Hacks Prosthetic Limbs
The NZT-dependent and new FBI recruit, Brian Finch (Jake McDorman), will have another adventure this Tuesday at the FBI office as he tries to solve a new hacking case, and help bring justice to Agent Spelman Boyle's (Hill Harper) friend.
According to the synopsis released for the upcoming episode of "Limitless," which is titled "Arm-aggedon," Brian will have to find the hacker who took over some artificial limbs, and made the owners commit petty pranks. As previously reported, the hacker was able to control a man's prosthetic arms, who kept pounding himself in the face. The cyber criminal was also able to take over a chef's artificial limbs, and accidentally chopped off someone's hands, as seen in the sneak peek of the next episode.
The full episode summary reads, "When Boyle's former military buddy is accused of murder and blames it on the loss of control of his prosthetic arm, Boyle asks Brian to help determine if the artificial limb was hacked. Also, Brian's father demands he stop working for the FBI."
Design & Trend mentioned that the pranks may seem juvenile; however, the victims always end up with serious injure, and one even killed himself because of the hacker. Things got serious and the FBI wanted to stop the hacker, especially Boyle, who's a friend to the prosthetic arms owner that killed himself.
Leslie Libman directed the episode, and the story was written by Dennis Saavedra Saldua.
Ron Rifkin will back next episode, and will reprise his role as Dennis Finch, Brian's dad. In the last episode, Brian finally admitted to his dad that he is taking NZT, a drug that enhances his brain usage, and according to Entertainment Weekly, it is unclear whether he told the whole truth or just the FBI version. The teaser for episode 10 mentioned Brian's dad wanted him to stop working for the bureau. Fans are curious whether he will actually leave the FBI in the next episode.
Watch "Limitless" season 1 episode 10 this Nov. 24 on CBS.
