Manny Pacquiao Next Fight: Jeff Mayweather Believes Pacquiao Would Win Possible Third Fight With Timothy Bradley

Jeff Mayweather, the uncle of retired undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., believes that WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley does not stand a chance against rival Manny Pacquiao, if a third fight between both men happens.

Bradley is currently among the shortlist of fighters who are possible candidates for "Pacman's" 66th and supposed final fight scheduled for April 9th of the coming year.

It is all anchored on the Filipino boxing icon's decision to finally leave the sport of boxing after more than two decades and focusing his priorities on being a public servant. Pacquiao, who is currently a congressman of the Sarangani Province in the southern region of the Philippines, is running for a senatorial seat in the 2016 Philippine elections in May.

Bradley and Pacquiao have fought each other twice already. They first faced each other in June 2012, where the former was awarded with a controversial split decision verdict. The rematch happened almost two years later in April 2014, where Pacquiao was able to avenge his loss and take the belt back via a unanimous decision victory.

With a third fight looming, many notable figures from the boxing world have already chimed in their thoughts about how the bout will go down. Most recently, Jeff Mayweather shared his two cents.

In an interview with On The Ropes Boxing Radio, Mayweather believes that the fight's outcome will be the same as the second time both fighters went at it. He even noted that Bradley, who has less fights than Pacquiao, has gone through more wear and tear than the first and only eight-division world champion.

"I think that we'll see almost the exact same thing," Mayweather said in the interview.

Bradley recently made some major changes in his camp by letting go of former long-time trainer Joel Diaz and replacing him with veteran coach and Mike Tyson's former trainer Teddy Atlas. Under Atlas' tutelage, Bradley put on a dominant performance against former world champion Brandon Rios in November, winning via ninth round TKO.

But despite this, Mayweather believes that Atlas' presence in Bradley's corner would not be that much of an advantage.

"I don't think that Teddy Atlas is going to make him win, he probably won't even make him look much better," Mayweather adds.
