Meizu M1 Note 2 Specs, Release Date Set on June 2, Brings Quality and Affordability Together
The Meizu M1 Note 2 has been in the rumor mill for some time now, and so after weeks of waiting, fans will soon get a glimpse of the newest smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer.
According to a report by GSM Arena, the company has just released a teaser of the device's launched date on June 2, in China.
Based on previous rumors, the Meizu M1 Note 2 packs a 5.5-inch display with probably a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a similar design to its predecessor, but a physical home button.
So what's so special about this handset from Meizu? It may not have the latest technology in the mobile industry, nor does it boast high-end specs, or some cool features like water resistance or a kevlar-covered back. However, for the price of CNY 999, or only about $160, one can never go wrong.
Considering that Meizu is targeting the Chinese market is clear evidence of this pricing scheme. For Android fans who are looking for a slightly more expensive smartphone, and high-end specs, Meizu also has the successor of the MX4 coming later this year.
The Chinese market is a difficult spot to be in for a mobile phone maker, and so these companies make sure to offer their products at insanely cheap prices in order to stay relevant.
