'New Girl' Season 4 Spoilers: Jessica Biel Joins for Season Premiere
The cast of "New Girl" will get a visit from Jessica Biel in its season premiere, Fox has announced. The actress will star on the premiere as "the hottest scientist in the world."
"It's the last wedding of the season, and the gang challenges each other to see if each of them can get lucky at the big event. Jess (Zooey Deschanel) sets her sights on a cute guy at the wedding – only to be taken on by Kat (Biel), the hottest scientist in the world," Fox wrote in the episode's description.
"New Girl" stars Zooey Deschanel as the lead character, the quirky Jess, who moves in with three male roommates after being dumped by her boyfriend. The show has quickly gained a following and will start its fourth season this fall. The roommates all have their own personality quirks, and last season saw the short-lived relationship of Jess and Nick. Unfortunately their relationship did not work out, and the two separated, leaving the rest of the roommates stunned.

Biel does not normally appear on the small-screen, although she got her start on the hit series "7th Heaven." She chose to leave the show before it ended and went on to have a film career that included such hits as "Hitchcock" and "The Truth About Emanuel." She will next star in "Nailed," "Shiva and May," and "The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea."
She married Justin Timberlake in 2012 in Italy, surrounded by friends and family. They had been together since 2007, but separated briefly in 2011 before reuniting and getting engaged in December.
"It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the newlyweds said in a statement to People magazine.
Even though rumors have surrounded their marriage, the two remain committed to one another and generally keep to themselves about personal issues.
"New Girl" premieres on Tuesday, September 16 on Fox.
