Olivia Munn News: Actress Slams Plastic Surgery Rumors

Olivia Munn isn't happy about the recent rumors that suggest she went through plastic surgery to come up with a look worthy of being a star on "X-Men."

In her interview with Fashion magazine for the May 2016 issue, Munn shared her sentiments about the rumors. "When your face changes because of makeup, it's hard to let people know that you're not actually doing surgery or fillers," she said.

Born from a multi-ethnic lineage, Munn further explained that her being half-Chinese, half-white contributes a lot to her looks. A lot of people noticed one of her Instagram photos being totally different from the previous images she posted. The "X-Men: Apocalypse" star said she has the bone structure of an Asian woman but her color is American.

As expected, the actress went deeper and called the judgment of people on her appearance "unfair." "If you're looking bad, you have to cover up. If you're looking good, you've done something or made a deal with the devil," she said.

Entertainment Tonight notes that Munn has previously denied the plastic surgery allegations. The actress said the changes in her face were a result of not only weight loss but also the reshaping of her eyebrows, sunspot removal, and her diet that includes Japanese potatoes.

In February, Munn took to social media and explained in an Instagram post why her face in a recent red carpet image was different from the rest. She posted a photo of a January red carpet look and a 2015 photo of her side-by-side. In the lengthy post, she detailed her diet, exercise routine, and the removal of her freckles that she once loved.

She also encouraged her fans to eat healthy and stay natural when planning to keep a younger look, as well as do lots of research to discover the most suitable and natural ways of keeping one's skin from aging.

Munn's Psylocke will be featured in "X-Men: Apocalypse," which will hit the big screens on May 27, 2016.
