Omarosa Manigault Didn't Marry in Church Because of Death Threats?
Omarosa Manigault married Pastor John Allen Newman at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. on Saturday after death threats reportedly kept the pair from exchanging vows in church.
Manigualt, 43, a pastor and director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison for President Trump's administration, changed her wedding plans from a March 25 ceremony at Newman's Jacksonville, Florida, church, The Sanctuary at Mt. Calvary, to the Trump hotel. According to the Daily Mail, the issue of safety has been a concern for the former star of "The Apprentice."
"She is really concerned about her safety. There have been calls, emails and social media messages from people threatening to do harm to her and she feared that she wouldn't be protected adequately at his church in Jacksonville," sources close to Manigualt told the Daily Mail. "So she pushed the date back and made the change.'"

Manigault's wedding seemed to go off without a hitch as she donned a pink wedding dress alongside her husband who wore a brown suit and pink tie. However, her road to holy matrimony has not been an easy one after some of her friends turned their backs on her when she decided to work for the Trump campaign.
In an ABC News "20/20" interview earlier this year, she described the ordeal that took place when one of her bridesmaids decided to stop being her friend.
"There are people who stopped talking to me," she revealed. "It has been a very long, lonely. One of my bridesmaids, a woman who was going to be in my wedding in the spring, [decided not to attend]."
Speaking about the attacks she received from liberals within the African-American community, she added, "I was called every single racial slur in the book that you could direct toward an African-American by African-Americans."
"I will never forget the people who turned their backs on me when all I was trying to do was help the black community. It's been so incredibly hard," she said through tears during the interview with "20/20".
However, those tears seem to have turned to smiles now that Manigault is remarried and back working in the White House under a new administration.
