Claire (Caitriona Balfe) is torn between her husband, Frank (Tobias Menzies), and her old love, Jamie (Sam Heughan), on episode 2 of "Outlander" season 3. Meanwhile, the premiere of the third season of "Outlander" broke Starz' viewership record of the show for season premieres.
On the next episode of "Outlander" season 3, titled "Surrender," Claire will have a hard time choosing where to place her emotions between Frank and Jamie.

Frank will have a hard time accepting the fact that Claire still has strong feelings for Jamie, especially because they already formed a family.

Meanwhile, Claire won't be the only one missing their old love. Jamie is also longing for Claire's presence.
However, Jamie might give in to the woman trying to seduce him inside the cave, as seen from the episode preview. But this won't be for long because trouble will come their way soon.
"Hiding in an isolated cave, Jamie leads a lonely life until Lallybroch is threatened by redcoats pursuing the elusive Jacobite traitor known as 'Red Jamie,'" the episode listing continues.
Meanwhile, the season 3 premiere of "Outlander," titled "The Battle Joined," broke the record for highest number of viewers of the show for a season premiere, Deadline reports.
The viewers of the premiere episode totaled to 2.09 million viewers over Starz' three-episode airing of "Outlander" last Sunday night. It broke the record of the episode titled "The Wedding Night," which earned 2.04 million viewers.
"Outlander's" viewer record is just below "Power" season 3 with 2.26 million viewers and season 4 with 1.68 million.
