Paul Walker Crash News: Roger Rodas' Children Sue Porsche
Following after Meadow Walker's path, the children of Roger Rodas have sued Porsche North America and the Dr. Ing HFC Porsche dealership for the cause of their father who died with Paul Walker in a fatal car crash in November 2013.
According to People, Rodas' children filed the lawsuit through the help of their guardian Stephen R. Callister. While the lawsuit claims that the car "went out of control due to the defect and failure of a suspension component in the right wheel area," it should be noted that Rodas was behind the wheel when the accident occurred.
The son and daughter of Rodas have preferred to remain anonymous and are asking for "general and special unspecified damages for loss of love and companionship, comfort, care, assistance, protection, affection and court costs," which could possibly allow them to move on with life if they win the lawsuit.

Last year, Porsche replied to the complaint of Walker's daughter and father, defending the company and stating that Walker was aware of how he should have handled the Porsche Carrera GT that crashed into a tree and caught fire in Santa Clarita, California.
It is already difficult to prove that the car was responsible for the death of Walker, but it is more strenuous to prove that it caused Rodas' death. Investigations reveal that Rodas was driving at high speed — something that shouldn't have happened considering the roadway's condition.
According to a November 2015 report by CNN, the coroner initially reported that the car was speeding at 100 mph, totally slamming the speed limit on the office park road where the car crashed, which is 45 mph.
Meanwhile, some fans are hoping that the court will heed to Rodas' children's cause, as well as that of Walker's daughter.
There is no response from Porsche regarding the new lawsuit, but it is expected that it will provide similar statements to those given to Meadow and her grandfather.
