Bobbi Kristina Condition News: Police Continue Criminal Investigation
Authorities are still gathering evidence in a criminal investigation into the drowning of Bobbi Kristina Brown, who remains on life support since being found unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31.
Though some rumor sites attempted to implicate the 21-year-old's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, in the investigation, police have not mentioned any suspects, nor have they stated that there was foul play involved in her hospitalization.
"The incident has always been under criminal investigation and has not been reclassified as a criminal investigation," the Roswell Police Department said in a statement. "Criminal investigations may or may not result in criminal charges being brought against individuals."

Bobbi Kristina has often commented about her marriage to Gordon, the orphaned young man that she grew up with after Houston brought him into the family. In a statement, her father's lawyer clarified that the two never wed.
Bobby Brown's attorney, Christopher Brown, released a statement last Tuesday which read, "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."
Recently, it was reported that Bobbi Kristina is "fighting for her life" and that her father has not taken her off life support. Family and friends have held a healing vigil and are currently praying for a miracle recovery.
