The game will also coincide with the movie. Insomniac Games revealed that the PS4 game will tell the story from the perspective of Captain Qwark. This is the reason why there's going to be a twist of events, thus, a different version from the origin story. As written in the Games Radar report, "It features modern Ratchet & Clank controls, new planets, new and improved gameplay, all-new boss fights, new flight sequences and much, much more."

But even with the slight stray from the original story, the same original gang will still be present. Aside from Ratchet, Clank and Qwark, other characters coming to the game include Dr. Nefarious and the evil Chairman Drek. There will also be brand new characters who gamers will meet as they go around the Solana Galaxy.

To find more information, fans will have to watch out for a new batch of updates.
