Rob Kardashian Gearing Up for 'The Biggest Loser?'
Rob Kardashian has been rumored to be a part of the NBC show "The Biggest Loser" recently, and now his reps may be speaking up about it.
Kardashian, the 27-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, has gained a considerable amount of weight in recent months and website like Hollywood Life reported that he may be gearing up to lose his excess pounds on season 16 of "The Biggest Loser."
"Everyone is on board for this to happen except Rob, he still needs convincing," Hollywood Life reported. "But most people involved in the talks think Kris will get her way and have him join the show."
However, a source close to Kardashian reportedly said the rumor is not true, according to RumorFix.com.
Kris Jenner, the 58-year-old Kardashian matriarch and manager, previously addressed the reports about her son. His mother did not deny that he was struggling with some issues.
"Rob is living in L.A. right now and he's doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff," Kris previously told E!. "My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff."
Still, the popular matriarch seemed optimistic that Rob and her family would get through the trying times by telling E!, "we get through each other's adversity one year at a time."
While Kris did not pinpoint her son's exact issues in detail, many media outlets are linking his emotional issues to his excessive weight gain. However, Rob will get back to the best shape of his life without question, according to famed celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson.
Peterson has famously trained the Kardashian family and celebrities like LaLa Anthony. Now that he is training Rob the fitness guru is singing the overweight Kardashian brother's praises.
"Rob is such a solid guy, when he gets in here. I don't care if he weighs 50, 100 or 200 pounds. He works like an athlete," he previouslytold E! News. "He never tries to beg out of a set. He never tries to hop off the cardio a minute or two before. He goes the distance every time."
