Rob Kardashian Tweets About 'Secret Son' Then Deletes it
Rob Kardashian shocked fans on Thursday when he tweeted about having a secret son, however, he later revealed that his tweet was a joke.
For years Rob, 27, has been subject to ongoing rumors about his alleged secret son and yesterday he decided to take a light hearted approach to the fall stories. In a shocking tweet about Independence Day celebrations Rob made reference to his "little man."
"Happy I got my Son with me for the 4th tomorrow !! Can't wait to watch fireworks with my little man ! Hope everyone is safe !" Rob tweeted Thursday to his 5 million followers.
Within seconds the tweet went viral and understandably raised a lot of questions, which prompted the reality star to delete it.
"Those who know me know I play and I do NOT have a Son. Y'all got my mama emailing me asking if I have a Son lol goodness hahaha. GOODnight," he wrote in a follow up tweet.
This is not the first time that Rob has joked about having a secret child. On June 20 he dedicated a tweet to his "baby mama."
"And to my baby mama I loveeeeeeee you," Rob tweeted.
Last year he shared a note on Instagram that fueled ongoing rumors of a secret son.
"Shout to to God … Shout out Mom, shout out to my son's mom cuz she been holding me down since high school n shout out to my son Robert the Third. lol," he wrote.
The sock designer has kept a low profile in recent months amid reports claiming he is battling personal issues. In May he slammed ongoing criticisms about his admitted weight gain and insiders claim his problems may stem from drug-use.
Last month reports claimed Rob's family has grown concerned about his health and well being due to his alleged substance abuse, according to TMZ.com.
TMZ recently released photos of the E! star at what was described as a "drug-fueled" party and he is pictured with a white cup that has "Codeine Boys" emblazoned on it. Insiders claim the reality star has been smoking marijuana and drinking sizzurp, which is a dangerous codeine-enhanced cough syrup drink.
"Rob needs professional help but is unwilling to get it. He doesn't believe in therapy or rehab, even though his family and friends have urged him to get support for his weight struggles," a source told HollywoodLife.com.
On May 24, Rob abruptly left Italy ahead of his sister Kim's wedding to Kanye West and his absence from the wedding raised concerns. At the time insiders claimed he opted not attend the nuptials due to a family dispute.
"Rob is working on himself," his mother Kris Jenner told the "Today" show recently. "He's going to be okay. A lot of prayer and, you know, he's such a great human being … he's my heart."
