Roman Reigns Rumors, News: WWE 'Tables, Ladders & Chairs' 2015 Event Predictions

WWE's most awaited "Survivor Series" is finally over but the tension and excitement are far from finished as fans prepare for the next big event: "TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs" which will see, in its main card, the matchup between Roman Reigns and Sheamus.

For those who missed it, the latter cashed in his Money in the Bank contract at "Survivor Series," immediately putting an end to Roman Reigns' rather short reign as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

The detailed recap report from Independent UK said that it's like history repeating itself as Reigns had experienced a similar fate when he faced Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, only for Seth Rollins to crash the match, cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase, and took the title away from Reigns by pinning him. In Sunday's event, Sheamus arrived at the scene and delivered a Brogue Kick to the new champion and snatched the belt.

It was immediately announced that the Celtic Warrior's first defense of the gold will take place in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match. The report from Sports World News reveals that the event will take place at the TD Garden in Boston this coming December 13.

The same article from SWN shared some of the possible scenarios in the TLC main event.

For one, the site speculated that WWE might finally "anoint" Reigns as its next top guy at the TLC. Giving the honor to the leader of the "Roman Empire" seems more logical given the current absences of Randy Orton, Cesaro and Seth Rollins because of injuries, as well as Brock Lesnar and John Cena's hiatuses.

Perhaps, Dean Ambrose could make it easier for Reigns to end Sheamus and anyone else in the match. There's also a mad theory that he will take a 360-degree turn and become the very person who will hinder Reigns' journey to the top.

On the other hand, SWN believes that having Sheamus cashing in the Money in the Bank, which he has held for eight months, only to lose the title a month later just "doesn't make much sense." The odds are great for the Irish to walk out of the venue still holding the World Heavy Championship title up until the "WrestleMania" season starts.
