According to a report by Geeksnack, the upcoming device will once again introduce a new display resolution in the mobile world. Last year, the Galaxy Note 4 was not the first device to get a QHD display, but it was among the handsets that boosted its popularity.

Rumors now claim that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will do the same with the latest fad in display technology. Rumors are pointing to a 5.7-inch display with a UHD or Ultra High Definition resolution.

In case you are wondering how many pixels there are in this type of screen, the report said it is 3840 x 2160, which would be an unbelievable feature for any new smartphones this year.

Aside from the screen, the report also mentioned that Samsung could be using a newer version of Qualcomm's well-loved chipset. That's because the Korean manufacturer would reportedly be in charge producing the upcoming Snapdragon 815 SoC.

As for the casing, Samsung could also be experimenting on a Kevlar material, leather or another luxury material that would make the Galaxy Note 5 stand out among its competitors, which are mostly metal-clad.
