Samsung Galaxy S6 Release Date, Specs News: Iron Man Versions Coming?
Samsung is among the top phone makers today, especially with the recent release of its newest flagships, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. However, it seems the Korean manufacturer is still targeting even Marvel and Avengers fans.
According to a report by Phone Arena, Samsung will soon release new versions for its two high-end devices – both of which are patterned after the Iron Man.
In the report, the manufacturer's head of marketing, Lee Young-hee, made the confirmation after watching the latest Avengers movie.
The newly designed devices would sport Iron Man's iconic red and gold look. The red portion may be covering the front and back of the phones, while the devices could be getting golden metal frames.
Last year, Marvel and Samsung entered a global strategic partnership that includes several deals and marketing campaigns for both companies. In the report, the three-month subscription for Marvel Unlimited will come with a bundled Samsung Galaxy Tab S Android slate.
The Iron Man-themed Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge versions would reportedly hit the market later this month until early June.
Samsung has recently reported that its global sales are up once again after a slightly dipping during the last quarter of 2014.
Now that the Korean manufacturer has already launched its two high-end phones, it may be planning to announce a number of midrangers, while preparing the Galaxy Note 5 at the same time.
