Sony Xperia C5 Ultra Specs News: 6-Inch 1080p Display, 13MP Camera

For the past few days, Sony has been teasing a device that it will launch today, Aug. 3. Before the smartphone becomes officially launched, here are its specs based on leaks and rumors.

According to a report by GSM Arena, the Xperia C5 Ultra boasts a massive 6-inch display with a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 2GB of RAM, a MediaTek 6752 chipset, and 16GB of built-in memory.

In addition, the device comes with a 13MP primary camera and a decent 5MP front snapper for selfies and video calls. Unfortunately, the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra only has a 2,930mAh battery, which could spell trouble due to its 6-inch screen.

While the device comes with a massive display, the Japanese phone manufacturer did a great job keeping the phone compact and light. The phone reportedly weighs 187g, which is good considering its size.

In the report, the Sony Xperia C5 Ultra costs around $340-360 in Russia where it silently launched earlier this year. Because prices in Russia are higher than the usual, that means the device could be priced cheaper when it becomes available for the international market.

Aside from the Xperia C5 Ultra, another device that will make its debut is the Xperia M5.
