'Suicide Squad' News, Spoilers: Are Lex Luthor and Joker Secret Allies?
While Batman and Superman take on each other in the upcoming "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," it seems like their nemesis are doing the opposite and are teaming up in the upcoming super villain movie "Suicide Squad," says fan theories.
According to Yibada, "Batman v Superman's" Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and The Joker (Jared Leto) may be secret allies, based on fan theories that are surfacing the Internet. The website said that the billionaire villain will make a cameo on "Suicide Squad," and is planning to help The Joker finally end the Batman. No official confirmation was released about this theory, but fans are too excited with the news ever since David Ayer posted a photo of Eisenberg sporting a bald head.
Meanwhile, according to the Latino Post, fans might be treated with a crazy love story in the form of The Joker and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie). The spoiler was revealed by Ike Barinholtz, who spoke with Howard Stern for an interview. The actor, who is said to be a member of the SWAT team in the film, told Stern that Leto's character is madly in love with the former psychiatrist who went crazy. Barinholtz did not give any further comments about the two's on-screen romance.
"Suicide Squad" is a group of unlikely heroes, and the members include Deadshot (Will Smith), The Joker, Harley Quinn, Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Diablo (Jay Hernandez), Slipknot (Adam Beach) and Enchantress (Cara Delevingne). They are being being lead by Amanda Waller (Viola Davis), who is also responsible of giving out orders to these "superheroes." The movie is written and directed by David Ayer, and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
