'Survivor: Kaoh Rong – Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty' Spoilers: It Will Be Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty All Over Again
The last time that "Survivor" introduced the Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty theme was back in "Survivor: Cagayan," and it was arguably one of the most memorable seasons ever in the show's history. With the 32nd season soon to be broadcast, the hit CBS reality show is bringing the theme back once again with "Survivor: Kaoh Rong – Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty."
The next season of "Survivor" will feature 18 brand-new players and they will be divided into three tribes, based on their most dominant attributes, hence the Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty theme. According to Headlines & Global News, the three tribes are named Totang (red), Chanloh (blue), and Gondol (yellow).
Totang will have the Brawn team, and is made up of Alecia, Cydney, Darnell, Jennifer, Kyle, and the former NBA player Scot Pollard. The Brains team will be called Chanloh, and the members include Aubry, Debbie, Joe, Liz, Neal, and Peter. Lastly, Gondol has the Beauty group, and they are composed of Anna, Julia, Michele, Nick, Tai, and former "Big Brother" contestant Caleb Reynolds.
During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the host, Jeff Probst, said that filming "Survivor: Kaoh Rong – Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty" is one of the hardest because of the extreme weather in Cambodia. "I am guessing even hotter, but a lot less rainy. EXTREMELY HOT. No lie. Some of the hottest days of my Survivor career. And you will see it play out during the season. Cambodia is no joke," Probst said.
The words that can summarize the upcoming season, according to Probst, are "big characters, big moves, and big drama." Fans can't wait to see what the show will bring once it's back next year.
"Survivor: Kaoh Rong – Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty" will premiere on Feb. 17 next year, on CBS.
