Teen Girl Can Immediately Say Any Word Backwards (VIDEO)
Some of us can make a tongue into a U, others can wiggle their ears. Alyssa Kramer's special talent is so impressive that she toured the country to show it off after it was discovered on YouTube. The Poteau, Okla. teen can take any word and immediately say it backwards.
For example, if someone throws out 'bat', it wouldn't take you long to reply with 'tab.' What if someone gave you 'Lamborghini'. You'd have to think about that one. Alyssa doesn't. As we see in this 2012 video, the then-14-year-old fields words from her friends and instantly returns the reverse.
She needs to know a word, and be able to see its spelling, before she can flip it. Language experts estimate that she is one of only a dozen people in the world with her gift.
Her talent went viral in January 2012 when illusionist David Blaine saw her video and shared it on Twitter. The media frenzy started the next day, and she appeared on "Today," "Inside Edition," "The Doctors" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," among other appearances.
Since then, she's posted periodically to her YouTube channel, mainly updates on her life in Oklahoma. Here's the video that started it all.
