'Teen Mom 2' News: Javi Marroquin Opens Up About Rumored Reconciliation With Kailyn Lowry

Javi Marroquin recently admitted that he does not see a future with ex Kailyn Lowry by his side.

Following a messy divorce, the "Teen Mom 2" stars have decided to come up with a book detailing what really led to their split. Marroquin and Lowry were married for almost four years, leading fans to wonder if they would give their relationship another chance.

Marroquin was photographed kissing Lowry on the cheek last week, but he clarified to Radar Online that they are not in a relationship. "I have love for her, but we're not getting back together," he said. "If things were different and things didn't play out the way they did, maybe we could've given it another shot. But too many things have happened to do that."

Marroquin initially wrote a scathing tell-all book about his complicated relationship with his former spouse. When she did not agree with what he had revealed on the book, Lowry decided to write her own book featuring her side of the story. They ended up with the idea of merging their work, which resulted in the upcoming book series, "He Said, She Said." Marroquin also mentioned that he and Lowry are going on a book tour to promote their latest project together.

Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans recently threatened to quit the MTV series after accusing the network of treating its talents as if they are "in a freak show and in cages." The 25-year-old shared a lengthy post on Instagram expressing her frustration over how the marital tension between her and husband David Eason was depicted on the show.

Lowry spoke with PEOPLE on Thursday and she said she does not agree with Evans' comment about the network. When asked for her opinion on Evans' post, Lowry responded, "As far as I can see it, you wouldn't have stuck with the show for eight years if that was the case, so I'll leave that there."

"Teen Mom 2" airs every Monday night at 9 p.m. EDT on MTV.
