'Teen Mom 2' Star Kailyn Lowry Does Not Care Whether Jenelle Evans Quits

There is a lot of drama surrounding "Teen Mom 2," with star Jenelle Evans threatening to leave the show because of how MTV treats her. Now, star Kailyn Lowry has spoken up.

Lowry revealed in a brief interview with PEOPLE that she does not think the same way as Evans. Coming to the network's defense, the 25-year-old said that there is a reason why the stars of "Teen Mom 2" have been with the show for all eight seasons.

"I think we all feel differently," Lowry said. "I have to disagree with her statement about MTV. As far as I can see it, you wouldn't have stuck with the show for eight years if that was the case, so I'll leave that there."

The publication also asked what her reaction would be if Evans really got up and left the show.

"I don't care what Jenelle does," she said.

Lowry's ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, also panned Evans for her threats. While speaking to Radar Online, Marroquin said that he has heard many quitting threats from "Teen Mom 2" stars over the years.

"I hate when they say that because if you take out the doors that it opens, the money it provides, the house you're living in, take all of that out and where would you be?" he said. "I've heard I want to quit since we started this. People need to be humble."

Lowry and Marroquin have a 3-year-old son named Lincoln together. The couple married in 2013 but got divorced in 2016. Marroquin, however, revealed to Us Weekly that he was secretly hoping that appearing on "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" would fix their relationship and make Lowry fall back in love with him.

Lowry, on the other hand, had no idea that Marroquin wanted that. For her, the boot camp was only supposed to help them co-parent their son. The couple remains on good terms, with Marroquin even posting a photo of them on Instagram recently.
