Teresa Giudice Spends New Year's Eve With Family, Keeping the Truth About Jail Sentence From 2 Youngest Daughters?

Teresa Giudice is making the most of her time with her family before she begins her 15-month prison sentence on Jan. 5. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reality star rang in the New Year at home with her four daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 4, and her husband Joe.

"Teresa spent New Years with the girls and her family. Joe has been pulling special bottles of wine for her and she has been cooking a ton," a source from Us Weekly said.

The Bravo star is reportedly remaining strong for her girls and "only sees what she wants in terms of the legal stuff" and that she is "telling friends that she is hoping she will only be there for a week or two."

Meanwhile, a report from Radar Online claims that Teresa is keeping the truth about going to jail from her youngest daughters. The website says that she told Milania and Audriana that she is going away for research.

"She told them that she is going to jail to work on a book about jail," said a source to Radar Online. The source says that Gia and Gabriella know the truth about their mother's jail sentence, but the other two are in the dark.

"Teresa and Joe feel that they are too young to fully comprehend what's going on," the insider said. The Giudices have not responded to the website's claims as of the moment.

Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to hiding assets from bankruptcy court and submitting falsified loan applications in order to get about $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.

Once Teresa is released, her husband is set to begin his 41-month sentence, followed by a possible deportation to Italy.
