'The Affair' Season 2 Episode 6 Spoilers: Martin Will Have a Medical Emergency

Last episode, Martin Holloway complained about having stomach aches; however, it was just disregarded by her grandmother, Margaret (Kathleen Chalfant). Apparently, the sickness will almost kill Helen (Maura Tierney) and Noah's (Dominic West) teenage son, which will bring new light to the estranged couple's separation.

A preview was released for the upcoming episode of "The Affair," which is titled "206," and the clip showed Helen and Margaret fighting over Helen's divorce. Margaret insists that Helen is making a very big mistake in sharing the custody of her four kids with Noah, especially with the ex-couple's history.

Helen just said that she doesn't care what her mother thinks, since listening to her almost cost Martin's life. "My son almost died today because I listened to you!" Helen said to Margaret. "You kept insisting it was all in his head, and made me feel like a pathetic, crazy… And the whole time, it was so obvious he was very, very sick. And I listened to you!" she added.

Meanwhile, Noah and Alison's (Ruth Wilson) relationship will somewhat drift apart, as seen on another teaser for next Sunday's episode. According to the International Business Times, Alison won't be thrilled to hear the news that Noah and Helen's divorce has now been finalized. The next episode will show more about the shift on the relationship between the two.

TV Guide posted a full summary of the episode this coming Nov. 8, and the summary reads, "A medical emergency with Martin casts Helen and Noah's litigation process in a new light; Helen makes a long-overdue decision; Noah is surprised when Alison wants to stay with her mother at the Sousanna Institute and realizes that the dynamics of their relationship have shifted, which leads to some troublesome discoveries."
