'The Bachelor': Jimmy Kimmel Crashes the Show, Chris Soules Talks About Kissing Women
On last Monday's episode of "The Bachelor," Jimmy Kimmel dropped by to check in on Chris Soules and the ladies.
In the episode, Kaitlyn and Chris went shopping and afterwards they prepared a meal for Kimmel. Kaitlyn said that she once dated a farmer who was more "legit" than Chris, and at the end of the night Kimmel was clearly impressed with her.
The ladies also went on an obstacle course which involved drinking warm, unpasteurized goat's milk. Carly won the blue ribbon for catching the pig, and on Chris' People blog post, he said that he was impressed with her because "she really stepped up her game. I mean, she drank unpasteurized goat's milk and she's lactose intolerant!"
Later Chris ended up kissing Carly, and Mackenzie called him out for kissing multiple women. Becca responded by not letting Chris kiss her, and that decision earned her a rose.
Meanwhile, Whitney suggested to Chris that they should crash a wedding for their date, and Whitney came up with a backstory as to why they were there. The two pretended that they were engaged and were later seen talking to the maid of honor and dancing.
At the rose ceremony, Jade, Samantha, Juelia, Mackenzie, Kelsey, Britt, Megan, Carly, Ashley S. Whitney, Becky, Jillian and Ashley I. all got roses. Tracy, Trina, and Amber were all sent home.
In an interview with E! News, Chris explained why he was kissing so many of the women early on in the season.
"This is such a magnified and short period of time to meet your wife," said Chris. "And I went into this wanting to meet my wife. I took that really seriously. And part of being in a relationship with someone is kissing, you know, for me anyway. And for me to truly find out if we have that chemistry or things are there, I wanted to live in every moment, and take each individual relationship really seriously. And wear my heart on my sleeve and not hold back. And part of that is kissing and being in the moment. I don't regret that."
"The Bachelor" airs Mondays at 8/7c on ABC.
