'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 5: Episode 8 'Wining and Dining' Recap

Last week's episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" saw Brandi Glanville as she splashes wine at one of the new housewives at a dinner party, then insults a guest's engagement ring at another party.

The episode starts with Lisa Vanderpump finally agreeing to meet Brandi so they could clear the air. Brandi is desperate to get back into Lisa's good graces, but Lisa is wondering why Brandi would even want to be friends with her when she constantly makes her the villain in every situation. Brandi says that she wants an apology because Lisa invited Scheana Marie to her past parties which dredged up bad memories, and Lisa says, "Ok, I'm sorry I didn't prepare you for Scheana's presence at events."

Later, Brandi heads to dinner with Yolanda, Eileen Davidson, and Lisa Rinna. The women talk about how they met their husbands, and Brandi complains that both her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and her boyfriend JR cheated on her. Eileen says that she didn't know true love and happiness until she met her husband Vince.

Suddenly, Brandi starts pestering Eileen to act out scenes from "Days of Our Lives." Eileen refuses and says that she only goes into her character, Kristen DiMera, for money. Brandi throws $40 at her and Eileen still refuses. Finally, Brandi throws a glass of wine at Eileen's face.

Everyone is stunned. Eileen starts to tear up and tells Brandi how crazy that was, and she leaves the party. Later, Brandi blames her actions as a result of coming from her lunch with Lisa V. and Eileen talking about cheating.

The next day at Yolanda's party, the women talk about what happened. Then Brandi walks in and asks to speak to Eileen privately. Brandi apologizes and gives her a necklace as a peace offering. Eileen graciously accepts the apology but tells Lisa R. that she's not over it.

Later, the housewives are seated with R&B singer Babyface and his wife, and Brandi points out that her ring is on the small side. Babyface says that it's the love that matters, and not the ring. But Brandi is not done as later she goes over to David, Yolanda's husband, and sits on his lap. Yolanda coolly takes it all in stride.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
