'The Sims 4' DLC News: Restaurant-Themed Pack Expected March?

Ever since "The Sims 4" was released, fans have been waiting for the next update that will come, and recently, rumors have been circling around a possible restaurant-themed pack that will come in March.

Multiple outlets have picked up on the story after fans speculated that Dave Miotke, Producer at Maxis, may have meant something more to his recent post on Twitter. Miotke said, "@TheSimScrapper @tazreentasnim @Cinderallimouse Hang in there! I know you're hungry for news & I can't wait to serve up some fresh info soon!"

TheSimScraper is a blogger who gives fans everything they need to know about the franchise, but recently, there has been little or no news to write about and she asked for more details about the rumored pack coming in this March. Luckily for her and fans, Miotke seemed to drop hints on the upcoming expansion.

Due to the producer's teasing post, fans have been confidently speculating that the upcoming pack may be home to not only restaurants serving up hungry customers but also markets where restaurant owners can buy the stuff they need.

Other "Sims" gurus and experts believe that the speculation is true since the hints came from none other than someone who is in charge of the game. Since Miotke used some obviously teasing words, fans believe that he is prepping fans for the upcoming busy and hectic gameplay to come.

Aside from Miotke's indirect confirmation of the rumored theme, EA Games went out last year, asking a group of respondents about seven possible themes that will be introduced next in the title. One of the said themes is "Town Life," which is said to offer fresh goods and other food-related stuff for the restaurant-savvy player.

While there is no official word regarding the hot rumors, it is expected that the restaurant-themed pack will be released this March, supposedly confirming Miotke's comments that there is something coming out soon.

"The Sims 4" was released in 2014 and since then has become one of the hottest simulation games around.
