'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 Episode 13 Spoilers: Vampire Hunter Arrives In Mystic Falls
The CW's hit supernatural drama TV series "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 returns this week with an all-new and exciting episode which is slated to introduce a new character who will surely shake things up in the show. Meanwhile, Steroline 'shippers might be disappointed with what is about to happen between the two in this episode.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "This Woman's Work," Enzo (Michael Malarkey) will stumble upon a dark secret about Damon (Ian Somerhalder), which he will then use to control the Salvatore. As stated in TFC, he will force Damon to track down a newcomer in Mystic Falls – Rayna Cruz (guest star Leslie-Anne Huff), who is described as a "ruthless vampire hunter" on the loose.
Damon will reportedly agree to do Enzo's bidding. However, upon seeing Rayna, he will immediately be reminded of his estranged girlfriend, Elena Gilbert (former cast member Nina Dobrev).

Unfortunately for the vampire, it won't take long for Damon to realize that Rayna isn't just any ordinary slayer.
The stakes are high for Damon to taken down the huntress who is now more than hell-bent to eradicate every blood-sucking citizen in the town.
The teaser video released by the network for the segment saw Damon talking to Stefan (Paul Wesley) about the severity of the situation.
"It's about to get worse. She's headed right for you," Damon said.
The next scenes featured the confrontation between Rayna and Damon.
"You look a lot like my girlfriend and her three doppelgangers," the vampire said before Rayna blasted him against the wall.
In another development, the TFC summary said that Caroline (Candice King) will continue to suffer the complications brought about by her pregnancy.
Speculations indicate that viewers might get to see Caroline finally ending her relationship with the Salvatore and that the latter might reunite with Valerie (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore).
Executive producer Caroline Dries told TVGuide.com that Steroline 'shippers should savor the remaining sweet moment between the two characters for it won't be long before the mom-to-be will move on from Stefan's life.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
