'The Voice' News: Top 5 Contestants Ranked, Before the Live Playoffs

The first week of the Live Playoffs will begin tonight, and fans are curious as to who will stay around for a while. Based on the contestants' YouTube views, Twitter followers, and also their iTunes single reviews, fans ranked the top 5 contestants they think will win in the ninth season of "The Voice."

According to Inquistr, the top 5, based on the numbers, are Jordan Smith, Viktor Kiraly, Amy Vachal, Emily Ann Roberts, and Mark Hood. The website described the results as "unexpected," where the supposed front-runners are actually in the middle of the pack. Apparently, the so-called "dark horses" of the competition emerged on top of the list.

Jordan Smith from Team Adam is expected to be on the top, since the male singer has a very powerful voice that viewers can't miss. According to the report, he holds the sixth most watched video on YouTube, ever. Fans know that Smith is definitely the one to beat so far, and his followers just hope that he will continue singing amazingly every week until the finale, if he makes it that far.

If Victor Kiraly goes home, viewers know he will automatically get saved since he has the largest Twitter following among the contestants. Carter Matt also placed him on top of their list, since the Team Gwen singer is said to have "an immense amount of talent."

Next on the list is Amy Vachal. The singer has made a strong impact on the audience since she has a distinct soft vocals. She is said to hold the most views on "The Voice's" official YouTube channel, and she has a great number of Twitter followers. The singer almost went home during the Knockouts Round, but was ultimately saved by Adam Levine, using his Knockout steal.

Following closely is Emily Ann Roberts from Team Blake, since like Vachal, her Twitter followers are huge. Mark Hood from Team Pharrell finishes the top 5, but is said to be most likely to be booted first out of the competition. Fans will just have to wait and see whether he can prove his critics wrong during the Live Playoffs.

"The Voice" Live Playoffs will start tonight on NBC.
