'The Walking Dead' Season 6B News: Get Ready for Some Intense Episodes; Online Streaming Details
For most people, Feb. 14 means having a romantic date with someone close to the heart. But for fans of the popular post-apocalyptic drama TV series "The Walking Dead," the date means the premiere of the second half of Season 6.
The winter premiere, titled "No Way Out," is said to open right from where the first half of the season ended. According to Zap2it.com, viewers will discover that the Walkers have now totally run over the whole of Alexandria. Caught in the situation are Rick and the group.
Before the show closed shop last year for the holidays, Rick and co. decided to make their way out of the house or else they'd meet their end inside. To make it possible, everyone donned pieces of clothing smeared with zombie entrails and blood.
The episode ended with the survivors walking out in the midst of the hungry undead.
From the looks of it, it appears that Jessie's youngest son will throw them off the track and into chaos. In fact, series producer Tom Luse told EOnline.com that fans better expect the unexpected.
"I think that even if you prepare yourself for it, you're making a mistake," Luse explained to the media outlet. "It's such a wild experience that you just have to experience. It's something you cannot prepare yourself for. It's one of our most intense episodes. I think there's a tremendous arc in the episode that I think will surprise people."
Meanwhile, TVGuide.com reported as to where the viewers could catch the Season 6B premiere online. For those who prefer to watch it on their smart gadgets, they can sign up on Amazon and iTunes. An iTunes season pass in HD for TWD Season 6 costs $42.99 while it's $41.99 on Amazon.
Of course, fans can also stream the segment via the official AMC website.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6B resumes on air this Sunday, Feb. 14 at 9/8c on AMC.
