Tyrese Gibson News: Actor Claims He's Okay After Emotional Video Went Viral

Tyrese Gibson has said that he is okay after a Facebook video showing him crying over his custody battle with his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, went viral recently.

Many fans were alarmed after Gibson posted a video of himself on Facebook last Wednesday, showing him crying as he repeatedly pleaded not to take his baby. As Gibson revealed on the video, it has been two months since he last saw his daughter with Norma, the 10-year-old Shayla.

"I'm not doing anything illegal," Gibson repeatedly said in the video.

However, in another video he uploaded on Instagram this time, Gibson claims that he is okay, contrary to what many people thought. In contrast to his earlier video, a more calm Gibson is seen asking for prayers as he was on his way to a court hearing with ex-wife.

"Contrary to what some of y'all may believe, I'm actually OK," Gibson said.

Gibson and Norma separated in 2009 after almost two years of marriage. In August, his ex-wife accused him of physically abusing their daughter, something that the actor vehemently denies. While Norma was granted a temporary restraining order last month, it is apparent that she will not settle for anything less as reports claim that she is bent on obtaining a restraining order against the actor.

In his Facebook video that he uploaded, Gibson suggested that the court cases his wife has filed against him have rendered him unemployable and that the legal fees of $13, 000 have added to his monthly expenses.

Gibson is also in a feud with his "Fast and Furious" co-star Dwayne Johnson, blaming him for delay of the ninth installment of the franchise because of his planned spinoff. Because of the delay, Gibson claims that his financial woes have worsened, affecting his financial ability to fight for his right over his daughter.

He has also threatened to back out of "Fast and Furious 9" as a form of protest if Johnson will return to be a part of it.
