'UnReal' Season 4 News: Series Adds 7 More Actors for Upcoming Installment
Seven new actors have all signed on for "UnReal" season 4.
François Arnaud, Natalie Hall, Christopher Russell, Meagan Holder, Alejandro Muñoz, Alli Chung and Meghan Heffern are officially on board for the Lifetime drama's fourth season, according to reports.
Arnaud ("The Borgias") plays Tommy, an ambitious and charming game producer who has left his job at a basic cable company to work at the big leagues. Hall ("True Blood") takes on the role of Candi, a funny single mother who makes ends meet by being a stripper. Russell ("Star Trek: Discovery") portrays Jack, a runner-up from a previous season of "Everlasting" who often chooses the wrong girl.
Holder ("Pitch") is Noelle, a real estate agent who is determined to become a reality TV star. Muñoz ("Ein Sommer in Barcelona") is a former suitor and international soccer star, while Chung ("Dark Matter") portrays a party girl who has no inhibitions. Lastly, Heffern ("Designated Survivor") will play a formerly sweet kindergarten teacher who later takes on a "bad girl" image.
The season 4 casting news comes a week after Lifetime dropped the first trailer for "UnReal" season 3. Slated for a 2018 debut, the next installment will center on the first female suitor aka "suitress" on the program's pseudo-reality show, "Everlasting."
All eyes are on Serena (Caitlin FitzGerald) as she chooses her perfect match from a list of hunky and eager male contestants vying for her heart. Aside from finding her Mr. Right, she will also be facing off against "Everlasting" queen bees — producers Quinn (Constance Zimmer) and Rachel (Shiri Appleby). The duo is taking things up a notch as they come up with new ideas to boost the show's ratings.
So far, further details about season 4's storyline are still being kept under wraps.
The third season of "UnReal" premieres Monday, Feb. 26, at 10 p.m. EDT on Lifetime. A release date for season 4 has yet to be announced.
