Upcoming HTC Phones 2015: HTC Unveils New Duo of Android-Powered Midrangers In India

HTC continues its attempt to penetrate the Indian market with its budget and midrange smartphones. However, from time time, the company also showcases flagship level devices to get the attention of smartphone enthusiasts.

Based on a recent report by GSM Arena, the smartphone maker has just announced a duo of dual-SIM powered mobile phones aimed at the Asian subcontinent.

In the report, the Taiwan-based manufacturer announced the HTC One E9+ Dual-SIM and the HTC Desire 326G Dual SIM.

The One E9+ is a dual-SIM version of the flagship-level One E9+. It is powered by the same 5.5-inch display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, 3GB of RAM, a MediaTek Helio X10 chipset, 32GB of built-in memory and a microSD card slot.

Other specs include a 20MP primary shooter, dual BoomSound speakers, and an impressive 13MP front or selfie camera. The device became available in India on Thursday and costs Rs. 36,790 ($575).

Meanwhile, for consumers who are looking for a more affordable handset, HTC also offers the Desire 326G with Dual SIM capabilities as well. The Android-powered device packs a smaller 4.5-inch display with only 854 x 480 resolution, a Spreadtrum SC7731G SoC, a quad-core CPU running at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

Rounding up the specs list is a microSD card slot, an 8MP primary camera and a 2MP front shooter. The Desire 326G Dual SIM is priced at Rs. 9,590 ($150).
