'Wonder Woman 2' Rumors: Sequel to be Connected to 'Justice League'
While the recent trailer of "Justice League" released last Oct. 8 does not come with any spoilers, it has given rise to speculations that it will be connected in one way or another to "Wonder Woman 2."
It is already a known fact that Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) and Diana/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) will work together in forming a team of metahumans (to be known as the Justice League later on) to defend the earth from Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) and his parademons, but all the trailers for the movie, including the one released recently, have not offered a clear idea on how its story will pan out.
However, the recently released trailer for "Justice League" has some fans suspecting that it will be connected to the already announced "Wonder Woman 2." Speculations on this being the case stemmed from the sightings of ruins of Chernobyl in the latest trailer for "Justice League," showing some iconic structures in the now abandoned city of the former Soviet Union, including the Ferris wheel shown on a monitor in the Batcave, and a nuclear silo where a swarm of parademons is seen coming out.
