WWE Latest News: Dean Ambrose Opens As Heavy Underdog For Fastlane 2016; Fastlane Betting Odds

World Wrestling Entertainment superstar and former Intercontinental and United States champion Dean Ambrose opened up as a heavy underdog for WWE's Fastlane event.

Fastlane 2016 took place on Sunday, February 21st, at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland Ohio. Ambrose, along with former heavyweight champion Roman Reigns and former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar headlined the said event in a Triple Threat match.

In a report by Sean Rueter for Cageside Seats, the 5 Dimes sports book had Ambrose opening up as a +800 underdog, while Lesnar opened up as a +640 underdog. The man favored to win the match is Roman Reigns, who was a -600 favorite. It basically means that in the case of Reigns, one would need to wage $600 in order to win $100. On the flipside, in the case of Lesnar and Ambrose, one can win $600 or $800, respectively through a bet of $100.

In the meantime, current Intercontinental champion Kevin Owens, who put his title at stake, opened up as a -900 favorite, while his opponent, former heavyweight and Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler, opened up as a +500 underdog.

The 2-out-of-3 falls match for the WWE United States championship had champion Kalisto opening up as a -300 favorite, while former champion Alberto Del Rio opened up as a +220 underdog.

As for the Divas championship match for the night, reigning champion Charlotte opened up as a -530 favorite, while her challenger Brie Bella opened up as a +350 underdog.

The divas tag team match for the night had the duo of Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks opening up as the -900 favorite, while the pair of Naomi and Tamina opened up as the +500 favorite.

The match between AJ Styles and Chris Jericho had the former opening up as the -675 favorite, while the latter opened up as a +425 underdog.

Finally, the other tag team match for the night had the team of Ryback, Big Show and Kane opening up as a +300 underdog, while their opponents The Wyatt Family is the -420 favorite.
