WWE Latest News: Updates On Undertaker's WrestleMania Opponent Released; Paul Heyman Says Lesnar Will Expose HHH As 'Trophy Husband'
Updates regarding World Wrestling Entertainment superstar The Undertaker have been released.
In a report by Geno Mrosko for Cageside Seats, a few names have already been laid out as possible opponents for 'the Deadman,' who has been a staple participant for the annual spectacle since WrestleMania 9.
WrestleMania 32 is scheduled to take place on April 3rd at the AT&T Stadium (more popularly known as the Dallas Cowboys Stadium) in Arlington, Texas. Some names on the list are that of injured John Cena, former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Kevin Owens.
The report adds that the WWE also has another name in mind for the Undertaker to face but the said individual is not part of the company's roster. It could be possible that the likes of either Bill Goldberg or Rob Van Dam could also be put in there, although many people say that it would not be a workable scenario.
Further speculations listed in another report by the same writer include the names of retired professional wrestlers such as Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, and Batista. This is because aside from the earlier assumption that the opponent is not on the WWE roster, this opponent is also supposedly not an active wrestler at this time.
Meanwhile, long-time manager Paul Heyman has also laid out the scenario that he foresees, if his main talent Brock Lesnar ends up winning the upcoming Fastlane event. Lesnar will be facing Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose in a triple threat match in the event scheduled for Sunday, February 21st, in Cleveland, Ohio.
In an interview with veteran WWE broadcaster Michael Cole, Heyman says a victory for Lesnar would be "exposing" Triple H's supposed true personality.
"Well then Triple H is going to be exposed as a trophy husband and he's going to go down at the hands of the most decorated athlete in the history of sports, entertainment, or sports entertainment, Brock Lesnar," Heyman said in the interview.
