='ZombiU' News: Game Included in PlayStation Plus' April 2016 Free Games Set

This April, fans of the originally titled "ZombiU" PlayStation 4 game can finally play for free, as PlayStation has announced the list of titles to be included in the month's PlayStation Plus set.

A blog post by Sony Computer Entertainment America's Andy Lum on the gaming giant's official website says players who haven't tried the zombie madness can finally destroy zombies in London's infested areas - all for free!

Now titled "Zombi," it features first-person survival in a London setting that integrates not only the usual zombie hide-and-seek drama but also horror that has made fans love the title for the past few years.

Once a Wii U-exclusive when it was first released back in 2012, it is now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. PC owners also need not worry as it has also been made available for download this week.

While the name has changed, Eurogamer said last year when it was re-released on other platforms that much of the gameplay is the same. Players still need to wield weapons that will ensure the death of a zombie. It should be noted, though, that the resurrected dead don't die with just one shot - the head needs to be removed or the brain has to be completely destroyed.

Meanwhile, PlayStation 3 players will now experience Ubisoft's "I am Alive," a title similar to "The Last of Us." Set in a post-apocalyptic world, it allows gamers to explore man's darkest days as he tries to survive at a time when man has become exposed to brutality and madness after the events that led to America's fall.

Vita players will also be given something to enjoy for the month: "A Virus Named Tom." Delivered by Misfits Attic, the puzzle game features over 50 levels and 6 different areas that players can explore. Tom, the virus, was created to execute vengeance but the player has to be careful in maneuvering through the puzzle as there are enemies lurking around.
