2016 Presidential Polls Update: Sanders Puts A Spanner in Clinton's Easy Run, According to New Poll
As New Hampshire prepares for its caucuses to be held this Tuesday, a new poll has placed Sen. Bernie Sanders in a spot that completely rocked the support for Hillary Clinton.
For the past couple of weeks, Sanders has shown strength and aggressiveness in debates and even in figures as poll after poll revealed that he has the capacity to close in on the former Secretary of State.
While Clinton doesn't seem to mind the shocking figures that recent polls unveiled, a new Reuters/Ipsos poll might be enough to make her camp shudder. In the survey, Clinton leads Sanders by only three points. Compared to Clinton's 48 percent, Sanders' 45 points already speak a lot for the Vermont senator as he is by far the only Democrat who has ran closely by Clinton. In fact, some critics speculate that he may be the only one who can take down Clinton's display of strength.
It should be noted that Iowa already gave a headache to the former First Lady as the caucuses put her in a tie with Sanders, allowing for the country to feast on the possibility that Sanders may be a dark horse after all.
While Clinton has received most of the people's support last year, the beginning of 2016 has proven to be a little bit of a struggle for the lady candidate who has remained strong, despite some critics slamming her email issues.
Clinton has also put up a fight against Donald Trump, proving to the world that the business mogul can't just bully women around. Aside from Trump, Clinton has actually slammed Sanders during some of the previous Democratic debates, as well as other candidates in the party.
Supporters of the former New York senator might need to do more than just raise their banners and clap their hands whenever Clinton delivers a speech as it turns out that Sanders can possibly break her entire candidacy and probably even win the general elections in November.
