5 Bible Verses About Healthy Living

Scriptures tell us that our bodies are not ours but are the temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Being so, we have the responsibility to take care of it so it will be in tip-top shape in order to serve God and do His will (verse 20). This means we have to take care of our health.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31)
