Andrew Luck Updates: Colts' Quarterback About to Finish Program for Strengthening his Throwing Shoulder, Sources Claim

While Colts star quarterback Andrew Luck has not totally gotten better since his offseason shoulder surgery, the latest reports claim that he is about to complete the program that is meant to rebuild the strength of his throwing shoulder.

Sources claim that, while there is still no timetable as to when Luck can return to start practicing, the quarterback will return sooner than expected. Whether it will happen or not, it is said that there is no pressure on Luck as he and his team are taking precautions on his return. Reportedly, the important thing is for the team is that there have been no setbacks in Luck's gradual return from surgery.

Nonetheless, it is expected that Luck will increase his training for throwing soon until he is well enough to take part in the practice. The quarterback is said to need a good amount of time to brush up on his skills before he can be ready for the NFL (National Football League) as he is still part of the 53-man roster of the Colts. In fact, sources claim that Luck is looking forward to joining his teammates for practice and with his progress, it is said that he can't help but feel enthused.

"He can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel," according to a Colts insider.

Despite the progress of Luck, reports claim that he will be missing Week 2 of the NFL when the Colts face the Cardinals. It has been learned that he was removed from the Physically unable to perform (PUP) list so that he will not be forced to sit out in the first six weeks of the NFL season.

Luck last played on January before undergoing surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder. While it remains unclear when he will be able to play, it is apparent that luck is still on Luck's side for having an understanding team that believes in him and patiently waits for his full recovery.
