Andy Cohen Responds to Kathy Griffin's Claims of Drug Use

Andy Cohen has denied Kathy Griffin's claims that he has offered her drugs on different occasions.

On Saturday, Griffin posted a 17-minute long video in which she claimed the TV host asked her if she wanted to take drugs before appearing on "Watch Happens Live with Andy Cohen." Speaking directly to the camera, the comedienne made several claims against the Bravo exec.

"Both times I did the show, right before we went live, Andy Cohen privately asked me in an office if I wanted to do blow," she stated. "I've never had a drink in my life. You guys know I'm no prude but I'm kind of like a straightedge, I thought he was kidding the first time."

The 56-year-old also recalled how Cohen was a "miserable boss" when her series "My Life on the D-List" was still airing on Bravo.

Hours after Griffin's post, Cohen responded to her allegations with a tweet, saying, "I am completely stunned by this story. It is 100% false and totally made up."

Griffin's video comes after TMZ photographers asked the Bravo personality if he had spoken to the actress since taking her spot as the cohost on Anderson Cooper's New Year's Eve special. Cohen responded by saying he did not have any idea who she was.

"Who? I don't know her," Cohen joked with a smile, seemingly quoting Mariah Carey's infamous line about fellow pop diva Jennifer Lopez. "I'm trying to remember [her]."

The host then clarified his statement and said he only did it to "avoid getting involved with the paps." He went on to explain that during the interview, he was in a parking lot waiting for the elevator since his car was parked at the second floor. His "Mariah impression" was supposedly meant to stop the photographers from asking any more questions.
