Aniston Advice to Self: 'Go to Therapy' - Actress Reflects Amid Justin Theroux Marriage Rumors (VIDEO)

Jennifer Aniston has said if she were to give advice to her younger self she would tell herself to go to therapy.

In an interview for Glamour Magazine with co-star Jason Sudeikis, Aniston was asked if she could what she would change from her past in her 30s, to which the actress answered, "Go to therapy."

Aniston said, "Thirties. Go to therapy. Clean up all of the s***. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self."

The response seemed to be an honest and reflecting answer from the former Friends actress, revealing that she is now in a better place and more comfortable with herself.

Aniston has had a long-documented split with ex-husband Brad Pitt, and she is known to have suffered terrible heartache in the divorce.

The 44 year old actress told Sudeikis that she has now come to a batter place, and she give credit in large part to new fiance Justin Theroux.

Aniston said, "You can undo a lot of things. If you're not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice. That's the thing I really feel."

She added, "You actually deserve to have a family. And once you meet yourself, and truly love yourself, then you attract that."

Recently rumors struck tabloids and celeb mags that Aniston and Theroux's relationship was in trouble and that they were canceling plans to marry. However, speaking recently to rubbish those rumors, Aniston told The Associated Press, "We have yet to set any dates. There have been no canceled weddings. There have been no postponed weddings. There have been no arguments about where to get married. Just clearing all that up."
