'Arrow' Season 4 Episode 9 Spoilers: Who Is Darhk's New Target?

Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) will target Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) in the next episode of "Arrow," which is titled "Dark Waters."

The IT genius will literally be dragged away from Oliver's (Stephen Amell) arms by Darhk's men in hopes of hurting the billionaire. In the sneak peek released for "Arrow" season 4 episode 9, Darhk was quoted "Every now and then, humanity needs a reset, a do-over. And that time has come." It seems that the whole Star City is under attack as seen in the promo, where gun shots are aimed at civilians, and Oliver's party is crashed by Darhk and his men from H.I.V.E.

Oliver said, "We're not gonna let darkness win. We fight it with light." However, Darhk is already one step ahead from Team Green Arrow and wants everyone that Oliver loves to die for him not to have a reason to fight for, according to TV Fanatic. Fans wonder if it will be the end of Felicity, since she was seen at the end of the video clip gasping for air, and saying, "I love you" to Oliver. It seems like she is saying her good-bye to her boyfriend.
