'Arrow' season 4 spoilers, cast, news: New characters and what to expect from Olicity
Season 4 return of "Arrow" this fall is much anticipated, not only because of the new Oliver Queen appearing but as also of the blossoming romance between Oliver and Felicity, or how fans would call them, "Olicity." However, along with Oliver turning over a new leaf would be the arrival of new characters.
Entertainment Monthly reports that one of the characters whose arrival will catch attention would be Curtis Holt or Mr. Terrific. He is described as a technological savant and inventor who will be working under Felicity at Palmer Technologies. The actor to play Mr. Terrific would be Echo Kellum, who is best known as Tommy in the American sitcom "Ben and Kate." It is hoped that his arrival would fill the void Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) had left, as many were terribly saddened by his decision to go.
Another notable character that will be introduced would be Damien Darhk. Fans of the series would remember his name being mentioned in the last season as Ra's al Ghul's former bestfriend-turned-rival. He is said to be one of the big bads in this season. Darhk is a major player in America's underworld. He is said to be the leader of H.I.V.E., an evil organization that specializes in training assassins and mercenaries, as well as a former member of the League of Assassins. Neal McDonough would be playing the character Darhk, and many are excited about the actor's portrayal. McDonough has been seen in various films and movies. His most notable performance would be in television shows such as "Band of Brothers," "Desperate Housewives," and movies like "Red 2," "Captain America: The First Avenger," and "Walking Tall."
Furthermore, according to Screenrant, there will be more loving moments between Oliver and Felicity. Their newfound relationship would be something they would relish before other problems arise. Although their friends, specifically Diggle and Thea, will be initially very happy with the couple's much-awaited reunion, it doesn't seem like the change will settle entirely so easily.
Viewers can catch the season 4 return of Arrow on Oct. 7 at 8/7C on The CW.
