And now in a recent report, the Zenfone 2's top-end model will sell in a flash sale that sees its price cut by almost 30 percent.
According to a report by Phone Arena, the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML will sell for just $336.99 on AliExpress instead of its retail price of $449.32. The flash sale will begin tomorrow, and stocks are expected to get sold out right away.

The ZE551ML is currently the top-end version of the Asus Zenfone 2 which packs a 5.5-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 4GB of RAM, Intel's Atom chipset, and a 64GB internal storage.
However, there are also reports claiming that the manufacturer would unleash an even better version with 128GB built in memory.
As for the Asus Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551Ml sale, the report speculated that the manufacturer may have followed Lenovo's move in offering its K80 handset a little cheaper than its retail price tag as well.
Unfortunately, the Asus sale will only last for a day, May 7, and most people interested in getting the Asus Zenfone 2 may fail in doing so.
